CURRENTLY:
Hayley has an infectious enthusiasm and a passion for performance improvement. She Joined Dale Carnegie in 2005 and focused on supporting and account managing a core client base in the field. In addition to this field role Hayley developed and delivered training courses for key clients as well as delivering public courses.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Hayley has a background in customer service and sales. Before Dale Carnegie, Hayley worked for: The Daily Mail Group (DMGT World Media), BPP Publishing and London Electricity. It was whilst working for DMGT that Hayley first ignited her passion for learning and development and has been in performance improvement for the past 4.5 years.
