Good Afternoon Folks - I hope your day goes well !
Last night was our first opportunity to formally recognise the strengths we see in each other supported by the all important evidence that adds credibility and sincerity to our comments !
If giving and receiving recognition felt 'good' then think about the impact it had upon you and how we can apply those skills back in the workplace to reinforce confidence, enthusiasm and co-operative incentive in others.
Thanks also, for being so open to exploring the power of a 'pep' talk upon the Enthusiasm and Energy we can inject into our activities.
Let's take a moment to 'recognise' the winners of the Breakthrough and Outstanding Performance Awards, Darin Davies(Marriott Hotel ) & Joan Penny (Ramada Hotels)
So - what awaits you at Session 9 ?
Session 9 – Part A
Report back : a 2-min talk upon our experience in applying principles 22-30 in exerting a Leadership influence.
Session 9 – Part B
In this part of the evening we will be developing Flexibility by working on exercises designed to challenge. Numerous past graduates of the course have said this session has done more for their self-confidence than any other session. There is no preparation.
* Reminder * Please Continue to put your Stress/Worry commitment into application, we will be updating each other upon our progress at session 10.
As always, should you have any questions about any of the above, please feel free to contact me.
Kind regards,

Hello All,
ReplyDeleteI have heard some great reports from Hitesh, which is why I am excited about getting behind the wheel again. I am looking forward to hearing your leadership reports.
As Min Kim quite rightly pointed out; principle 23 is often a difficult one to apply. I often think that the story about Bob Hoover and the engineer who puts the wrong fuel in the plane is a good illustration of principle 1 and 23(See the chapter with the title, "Don't Kick over the beehive”.
There are also some good examples in the section titled: "How to criticize and not be Hated for it"
The power of this programme is in your own practical applications so we would love to hear some of your stories here on the blog as well.
In anticipation!!
